Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order for any reason, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping charges can also be calculated using our in-cart shipping estimate calculator.

Estimated Delivery Time & Shipment Cost
Delivery times and cost is calculated through third party shipping providers. We have no control over the time period once it leaves our warehouse. We also have no control over the shipping costs, which are calculated using the third party's package information.

USPS Priority 2-Day Shipping is a service provided through the United States Post Office and takes approximately 2-7 business days, not including Sundays and Holidays. Though this service is called Priority 2-Day Shipping, this does not mean your package will always arrive in 2 days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to holidays, high volume, natural disasters, and other world events.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Bloody Wolf Tattoo Supply is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order after it leaves our warehouse. All fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This includes VAT and other import taxes.

Damages
Bloody Wolf Tattoo Supply is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order was damaged or lost, please contact Bloody Wolf Tattoo Supply, and we will file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us.

International Shipping Policy
We currently ship worldwide. We cannot ship lithium batteries, corrosive chemicals, or some anesthetics any countries other than the United States. This includes cleaning supplies.
