Welcome to 3DChaos. By accessing Bloody Wolf Tattoo Supply's website or completing a purchase from 3DChaos, you agree to be bound by the policies outlined below.
1. Store Overview:
3DChaos specializes in manufacturing and selling 3D-printed goods, which include custom items, playsets, and collectibles.
We maintain the right to modify our prices, product descriptions, inventory status, and these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Purchasing and Billing
When you place an order, you confirm that all billing and shipping information provided is accurate.
We do not begin processing or producing items until payment is received in full.
Unless otherwise specified, all prices are in US Dollars (USD). Shipping fees and applicable taxes are calculated and added during the checkout process.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any transaction due to inventory shortages, pricing glitches, or other unexpected complications. If we cancel your order, you will be issued a full refund.
3. Customizations and Large Orders
For personalized products, buyers are strictly responsible for double-checking their spelling, color choices, and customization notes. We cannot issue refunds for typos or errors provided by the customer.
Customized items and wholesale orders require a longer production window. We will provide you with an estimated timeline before the printing process begins.
If you are planning a particularly large order, please reach out to us in advance so we can discuss turnaround times and bulk pricing.
4. Production and Delivery
Standard inventory will be prepared and shipped according to the estimated timelines shown at checkout. Made-to-order and bulk requests will take longer to prepare.
Once your package is handed over to the postal carrier, shipping times are strictly estimates. 3DChaos is not liable for transit delays caused by customs, severe weather, or carrier complications.
5. The Nature of 3D Printing
Because of how the 3D printing process works, you may notice minor layer lines, variations in texture, or slight surface differences. These are normal characteristics of 3D manufacturing and are not considered product defects.
Please note that exact product colors may also differ slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor settings and variations in filament batches.
6. Refund and Return Policy
We accept returns on eligible merchandise within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be entirely unused and in its original condition. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
Unless your item arrived broken or defective, you are responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
Because they are made specifically for you, personalized items, custom designs, and bulk orders are final sale. We cannot accept returns on these items unless we made a manufacturing error.
If something is wrong with your order, please message us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue so we can help make it right.
7. Copyright and Licensing
We proudly support independent 3D artists. Many of our items are printed from models created by external designers. In these cases, we hold the active commercial licenses required to sell these physical prints.
Our store’s own branding, website text, photography, and original models belong exclusively to 3DChaos. You may not duplicate, reproduce, or use our content without written consent.
8. External Platforms
We rely on third-party partners including Shopify, shipping couriers, and payment gateways to run our shop securely.
When you use our site, your data is processed by these services in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
9. Safe Handling and Liability
Please use our products strictly for their intended purposes.
Many of our items contain small pieces that pose a choking risk. Unless specifically labeled otherwise, our products are not suitable for young children.
3DChaos assumes no liability for damages or injuries resulting from the misuse of our products.

What kind of products do you sell? We specialize in 3D-printed toys, playsets, fidgets, and small gifts crafted to spark joy and imagination.
Where are your orders shipped from? All of our packages are shipped from the United States.
Do you offer global shipping? Not at this time, but we're planning on going global soon! Once that happens, please keep in mind that international customers are responsible for paying any import taxes, customs duties, or fees associated with their country.
When will my order arrive? We prepare and process orders as swiftly as possible. Your actual delivery date will vary based on your location and the shipping carrier's current transit speeds.
What kind of filament do you use? Unless a product listing specifically says otherwise, our goods are printed using standard PLA plastic.
Are your products safe for toddlers? Our items are recommended for ages 3 and older. Because many of our products include small pieces, we highly advise adult supervision during play.
Can I return or exchange an item? If your item is eligible, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The products must be in their original, unused condition, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Do you take custom design requests? We do occasionally take on special projects! Reach out to us with your concept, and we'll let you know if it's something we have the capacity to bring to life.
