Refund policy

Bloody Wolf Tattoo Supply is committed to customer satisfaction!

RETURNS
For sanitary reasons, given the nature of the industry, in that we provide medical, tattoo, and piercing supplies, we do not generally accept returns.

If there are extenuating circumstances, we may accept a return if the item is unopened, unused, and in good condition.

Please contact us to see if you qualify for a return.

REFUNDS
Items damaged in transit are eligible for replacement within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

Please keep all packaging, and inform us by email as soon as possible after receiving the damaged product.

We will ask for pictures of the damages, including pictures of the packaging, which will be submitted to the carrier (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) for coverage.

In order to receive a replacement of the product, we'll also require that you submit a confirmation of damages to the carrier.

Any malfunctioning equipment is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, and the buyer must contact the manufacturer for replacement. Please contact us for instructions as some malfunctioning items can be exchanged.

In the event an exchange or replacement cannot be provided, you will receive a refund within 2-7 business days.

1. Email customer service at orders@bloodywolftattoosupply.com or call 602-441-2284 during business hours (Tuesday through Saturday 11am to 8pm Arizona time) to receive your return authorization.

If the item is defective or has been damaged in shipping, we will issue a prepaid shipping label.

In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship the item back using their carrier of choice.

2. We do not accept any returns after 30 days from date of purchase.

3. If you believe that your package was damaged in shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.

4. To cancel an order, please contact Bloody Wolf Tattoo Supply as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order was shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.

5. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.

6. Bloody Wolf Tattoo Supply reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases where user abuse is obvious. Please read instructions and operate equipment within manufacturer guidelines.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges due to buyer error (such as sizing or color preference) are not permitted due to the nature of the industry and for sanitary reasons.
